This entry-level role supports plant operations and serves as a pathway into future operator positions within the facility.\n\nResponsibilities include housekeeping and equipment cleaning, assisting operations and maintenance teams, supporting product handling activities, operating mobile equipment, assisting with rail and barge operations, and providing support across multiple areas of the plant. Candidates may also be asked to support other shifts as business needs require and participate in Saturday cleaning activities.\n\nThe ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment.
