Their main duties include receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials to ensure that the correct products are available when needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nUnderstand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.\nVerifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries\nIdentifying and locating the right products during the delivery and shipping process\nProactively identify problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues\nKeep a well maintained and updated account of stock and inventory\nOperate forklift, pallet jack, Toppy, or handcart to move materials\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse\nPerform additional warehouse related duties as required\nKeeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance\nCommunicating purchasing requirements and keeping track of the availability of hardware/ inventory in short supply\nSupporting inventory specialist as needed\nMaintaining needed raw materials for the manufacturing equipment\nMonitor WIP levels and ensure product flow is in line with production scheduling\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExperience operating box truck/route truck\nData entry, math and computer skills\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills\nExcellent time management skills and organizational skills\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\nAdvanced skills with Microsoft suite\nCertification in forklift operation and other warehouse machinery\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT: The usual work environment is typical of an warehouse environment.
