This role ensures materials meet specifications and are available to support production schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify paint specifications and maintain mix room logsEnsure adequate supply of paint, catalysts, filters, and related materialsReport out-of-spec materials to leadership or engineeringOperate, clean, and maintain paint guns and pump systemsProperly dispose of paint waste and maintain environmental standardsFlush systems for color changes and perform routine clean-upReceive, store, and manage inventory (including scanning materials)Maintain housekeeping standards in the mixing roomComplete daily paint usage reports and required documentationSupport production needs, including backing up hand painters and assisting with filter changesParticipate in safety initiatives, training, and team meetingsQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow safety and quality proceduresComfortable working with chemicals and industrial equipmentBasic computer or handheld scanner experience preferredReliability and ability to work in a team environmentAbout Kendrick PlasticsKendrick Plastics is a fast-growing automotive supplier that makes high-quality interior parts for some of the most popular vehicles on the road.
