Nerko PllcNew York, NYApril 12th, 2026
NERKO, a litigation boutique focused on technology-outsourcing disputes seeks an experienced litigator with substantial federal court experience (8+ years) to join our team as a senior associate/counsel/partner. NERKO is new, but our lawyers and clients aren’t. Our attorneys bring long records of success and respected names in their fields. That reputation has already drawn a diverse mix of financial institutions and businesses that trust us with their most important disputes.NERKO has a diverse litigation practice with a focus on representing community banks and credit unions in affirmative litigation against outsourced technology providers whose security failures led to hacking and fraud losses. Financial institutions make their customers whole, and our firm helps the financial institution pursue the culpable vendors that failed to safeguard consumer information. The work involves high-profile, precedent-setting cases in a fast-developing area of law.We built the firm for flexibility and collaboration. We use first-rate technology so lawyers can work from anywhere. We share ideas freely and work as a team, across offices and time zones, without losing the camaraderie of a close-knit practice.Attorneys here do real work. From day one, you will:·      Talk directly with clients.·      Take and defend depositions.·      Appear in court.·      Build trial skills.·      Work on sophisticated, precedent-setting cases. You will not be lost in the shuffle. You will not just watch cases unfold. You will help shape them. What We ValueWe look for lawyers and professionals who are experienced, adaptable, and collaborative. Attorneys must be admitted in at least one jurisdiction with experience practicing in a large firm, boutique, or government setting.
