Your responsibilities will include assisting the Director in the implementation of the PEARLS evidence-based program, empowering older adults with depression to enhance their overall well-being. In this role, you will support and provide training to staff and volunteers who will serve as coaches providing 1-1 sessions over a 4-5 month period, developing problem-solving techniques.\nThis position is 100% on-site and will be located at the Daly City Community Service Center.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a related field, such as Geriatrics, Health, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or Public Relations\nRegistered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT) preferred\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nHigh degree of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail\nMaintain proper professional boundaries and confidentiality\nWillingness and ability to ask for help and to work under supervision\nMust demonstrate cultural humility, treat all people with respect and believe that different experiences and perspectives add value.\n3-5 years supervisory experience in a non-profit, community organization or health related field\nKnowledge of:\nResources including local public and non-profit organizations, including senior and disabled adult services\nBasic health screening and assessment, the principles and accepted norms of older and disabled adult care, mental health needs, and familiarity with issues facing seniors and disabled adults.\nBilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Burmese, Tagalog, Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian, preferred\nRESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS\nDirect day-to-day Coordination of HART office site and HART programming (classes, home visits, phone line, drop-in clients, meal and grocery delivery, outreach, etc.)\nSupport the Associate Director and Director in buildout of new PEARLS programming, including outreach, engagement, volunteer and staff recruitment process, and creation of high-standards/high-support culture\nProvide Mentorship, act as team lead and support wellness coaches, volunteers and interns in small group and 1-1 training and supervision meetings\nTrain and supervise wellness coaches as well as 1 case manager, ensuring that they are well-equipped to fulfill their roles, have a clear understanding of the program(s), client interaction standards, data entry, etc.\nEnsure that the case managers and wellness coaches comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines, which can be complex and subject to change\nServe as an excellent representative of the Partnership to internal and external stakeholders at regular meetings, such as committees, boards, government entities and collaborative partnerships\nProactively attend all mandatory training and attend at least 2 training opportunities quarterly that will contribute to the team’s success\nIdentify areas of challenges and success and seek opportunities for growth in partnership with your direct supervisor at semi-monthly 1-1 supervision meetings\nIdentify areas of growth and program improvement and work alongside direct supervisor to create and implement effective solutions\nDemonstrate fiscal responsibility through efficient allocation of supplies, resources, and implementation of programming\nConduct occasional outreach regarding HART program services at community venues\nAssist in evaluation of services and narrative reports on outcomes by providing client stories and feedback to supervisor for reports and publications\nInput accurate data entry into client relations management systems, as well as other tracking systems throughout the workday while processing client, volunteer and staff requests\nOther duties as assigned\nABILITY TO\nStand and sit and move around for extended periods of time\nLift up to 50lbs of weight\nWork during standard business week/hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm\nWork occasional evenings and weekends, as requested\nAll positions at Daly City Partnership are open and promotional.
