Estimator - Commercial Construction General Contractor

Position: Mid to Senior Level Estimator (Ground-Up Commercial Construction) Salary: $90 - $130k DOE with lucrative annual bonus and other benefits Location: Lakeland, FL Build the numbers behind successful projects. We are a growing commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up construction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support our preconstruction efforts by delivering accurate, competitive estimates that help position projects for success from start to finish. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys analyzing plans, understanding scope, and collaborating closely with project teams to win and deliver high-quality commercial projects.
