Fulton also provides onsite reentry services, including case management, benefits enrollment, employment, health, and workforce development. The facility operates 365 days on a 24-hour basis daily, including evening and weekend hours.\nWe currently seek a Part-Time Program Assistant to join our Fulton Community Reentry Center team! The Program Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for Fulton Community Reentry Center. They will be responsible for offering administrative support across the facility, and coordinating front-desk activities. The Program Assistant will work 9am-2pm, 3 days per week. Schedule subject to change.\nSalary: $22.97 per hour\n\nEssential Duties:\nGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.\nDirect visitors to the appropriate place.\nAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.\nEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)\nUpdate calendars and schedule meetings for shared meeting/office spaces\nManaging conference room set-ups /breakdowns\nMaintains daily building schedule on floor screens\nHelp maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies and equipment according to internal procedures\nPromotes a positive image of the organization through communicating Osborne Association’s mission and programs to a variety of audiences\nDelivers program and technical assistance to colleagues, in collaboration with other offices or agencies.\nCoordinating interoffice mail pick-up/delivery with receptionists at other Osborne Offices including Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan etc.\nResidential/Office package coordination. Enforcing OA's policy on no personal package deliveries for staff.\nPerform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing\nManage the driver(s) daily pick-up/drop-off requests\nIn-person attendance is required to collaborate with co-workers\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nCertification if Office Management is a plus\nProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Assistant or similar role\nHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)\nCustomer service experience\nKey Competencies:\nMust have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.\nKnowledge of community resources.\nAbility to make sound decisions and resolve conflicts.\nDeal calmly in crisis situations and handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure with minimum supervision\nWork collaboratively well with diverse groups.\nStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite\nAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise\nMust be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime if necessary.\n\nBenefits of Working at Osborne\nParticipation in 403(b) and New York State Paid Sick Leave Pay for part-time employment.
