In this role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between customers and our manufacturing team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have strong communication and organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nProcess customer orders ranging from standard stock items to highly customized products.\nServe as the primary point of contact between customers and manufacturing.\nRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.\nResolve order discrepancies, product issues, and application questions.\nProvide technical support and product guidance to customers.\nPrepare and review order documentation for accuracy before processing.\nInterpret hardware templates, specifications, and technical drawings.\nCalculate pricing for standard and custom products, including lead times.\nCoordinate with manufacturing to resolve production and scheduling issues.\nManage stock-related concerns and communicate updates to customers.\nPromote a safe work environment while following company policies and procedures.\nOccasional overtime may be required.\nQualificationsEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nAssociate's degree, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, technical field, or equivalent experience preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.\nExperience in the hollow metal door and door hardware industry is strongly preferred.\nExperience working directly with customers and contractors.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and hardware schedules.\nKnowledge of building codes and labeling requirements.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\nExperience with AutoCAD is preferred.\nExperience with TrackPoint, OrderPro, or similar order processing software is a plus.\nPreferred Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nProfessional customer service attitude\nTeam player with the ability to work independently\nBenefits\n(Customize as applicable)\nCompetitive pay\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) with company match\nPaid holidays\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement\nHow to Apply!!\nInterested in joining our team?
