Visualization engineers serve as the technical backbone of the team, integrating operational, training, and human performance data into actionable insights. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, with a strong preference for experience using Palantir Foundry and/or Envision.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize KPIs related to student performance, training timelines, attrition risk, human performance, and readiness\nTranslate operational requirements into data visuals that are intuitive, tailored to role, and optimized for real-time use\nPerform data cleaning, merging, quality checks, and transformations across multiple source systems\nParticipate in field and in-garrison data collection efforts and ensure continuous syncing of new data into dashboards\nSupport ad-hoc reporting requests and provide analytic insight into trends, risks, and actionable factors\nDocument dashboard logic, data dictionaries, and usage guidance to ensure transparency and reproducibility\nCoordinate with Senior Data Engineer and PM to ensure dashboards align with strategic priorities and leadership needs\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline\n4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS)\nDemonstrated experience building predictive models and conducting advanced statistical analysis\nStrong experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI\nFamiliarity with DoD systems of record (e.g., Envision, TTMS, ADSS, MHS GENESIS)\nExperience supporting AETC, SOF/AFSPECWAR, or equivalent programs\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and/or AFSPECWAR\nExperience with prominent DoW programs\nFamiliarity with Palantir Envision and/or Foundry platforms\nPrior military service or direct experience supporting operational units\nRequired Background Check: HireRight background check & drug screening\n\nType of Employment: Full-time\n\nT3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel.
