This individual will join our Data and AI practice in the DC Metro Area to help our clients to accomplish their mission and achieve their objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the Program Manager by overseeing project plans, budgets and schedules, and supervising project streams to ensure optimal utilization, successful delivery, and client satisfaction.\nOversee deliverables and ETL processes, balance workloads and allocate resources, manage risks and resolve issues, and control quality of work products to meet contractual obligations and technical specifications.\nServe as a primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing day-to-day concerns and escalating issues when necessary to ensure the project meets client expectations and satisfaction.\nLead PMO responsibilities including drafting and presenting project documentation including executive summaries, memos, briefings, status reports, performance metrics, and updates to the Program Manager, clients, and Capgemini management to ensure contractual compliance.\nProvide methodologies to develop data pipelines, generate visualizations, and improve processes using modern tools and services including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, Qlik Sense, OBIEE, OAS, SQL Server and other cloud-native services.\nTranslate policy and strategic initiatives into analysis, reports, metrics, and processes for performance management, policy implementation, and quality control.\nManage engagement process reengineering activities including improving communications, data transfers, reports, and data quality.\nSupport additional Data and AI practice activities such as demand planning, requirement gathering, delivery-led sales, people development, and solution development.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nExperience/Skills:\n\n10+ years experience supporting data analytics, financial reporting, project management, budget tracking, or payment processing in a federal government or government contracting environment.\nExperience supporting DHS, ICE, federal law enforcement, or mission-focused government programs preferred.\nExperience preparing financial reports, dashboards, executive briefings, status updates, and decision-support materials.\nExperience tracking stipends, incentive payments, payment packets, obligations, requisitions, or agency funding status.\nExperience updating and maintaining financial or operational data in SharePoint, Excel, dashboards, or other tracking systems.\nExperience managing shared inboxes, tracking incoming requests, assigning follow-up actions, and coordinating timely responses.\nAbility to analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, pending actions, and program status.\nExperience using Power BI or similar tools to build dashboards that track payment status, pending obligations, submission progress, and operational readiness.\nAbility to support budget planning by evaluating funding allocations, financial priorities, and high-impact funding areas.\nExperience supporting large-scale funding actions, partner agency disbursements, or high-volume obligation activity.\nAbility to coordinate across program management, finance, acquisition, technical teams, and external government stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of project documentation, business requirements, status reporting, workflow tracking, and performance metrics.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in support of auditability, reporting integrity, and program continuity.\n\nEducation:\n\nBA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree.\n\nSalary and Benefit Information:\n\nThe likely salary range for this position is $118,000 - $135,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
