Senior Litigation Paralegal

A leading Columbia-based law firm is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. The firm handles complex civil litigation and represents clients across a variety of industries.Responsibilities:Draft, edit, and proofread legal documentsSupport attorneys throughout all stages of litigationAssist with discovery, depositions, and subpoenasManage case files and document organization (iManage preferred)Conduct document review and analysisPrepare for trial, including exhibits and witness coordinationAnalyze medical records and prepare summariesQualifications:4+ years of litigation experience (defense preferred)Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferredExperience with billing time and adherence to client billing guidelinesStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage experience a plusAbility to travel for trial as needed- trial experience highly preferredBenefits:$90,000-$105,000, based on experience1 remote day per weekMedical, dental, vision, and firm-paid insurancePTO, 9 holidays, and retirement plan with profit sharingCollaborative, world-class environment
