It does so by providing sizings to product owners and technical leadership to a scrum team. Your mission will be to ensure that your team is always sprinting. This position will be in ProAg's Maple Grove, MN office. Employees report to the office Monday Thursday, with Friday being an optional remote day.\r\nIn This Exciting Opportunity You Will:\r\nProvide Level of Effort estimates (sizings), document risks and assumptions and complete a prototype if needed.\r\nDesign your scrum team's technical solutions.\r\nWork with the DevOps team to release your team's products.\r\nEnforce industry standards and best practices for your team.\r\nCollaborate with our Solutions Architecture team.\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\n6 years significant, relevant, and progressive professional experience\r\nAt least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.\r\nMinimum of 4 years' experience in leadership, including strategic planning and setting technical direction.\r\nExperience in.NET (framework and core), C#, Javascript, React, Postgress, SQL Server, and Microservice and Event-Driven Architecture.\r\nDemonstrated Design and Development Experience\r\nExperience with the following: software modeling, data modeling, performance tuning, and application monitoring.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.\r\nThe Company: ProAg, a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group of companies, is positioned as a financially strong and well-capitalized insurer with an A++ AM Best rating.
