This position will support the Naval Sea Logistics Center located in Pensacola, FL.\nAdsync Technologies, Inc. has supported the government contracting industry for more than fifteen (15) years. Our continuous and rapid growth is attributable to the caliber of employees Adsync strives to hire and retain.\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES\nThe Program Analyst provides expertise in the support of processes, policies, procedures surrounding the eForms suite of applications. This includes:\n· participation in program meetings, presentations, inquiries and action item resolution.\n· analyst serves as the initial interface with external users capturing and resolving issues with the eForms suite.\n· captures new requirements from the customer base.\n· works with the Government team to present and gain approval for new requirements, and interfaces with the development staff on the implementation of those requirements.\n· participates, leads or supports the testing of new requirements and fixes as they are created and approved for release to the production environment.\n· creates and modifies existing documentation that describes how the eForms modules work and/or are enhanced to meet end user requirements.\n· providing customer feedback internally on module operability.\n· provides user level training on the modules.\n· Other jobs as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS\n· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related program, business systems, customer support, requirements management, documentation, testing, or related analytical role.\n· Experience gathering, documenting, tracking, and communicating business or technical requirements with customers, government stakeholders, and technical teams.\n· Experience supporting software applications, databases, workflow systems, or enterprise business tools. Familiarity with software development concepts, testing, or languages such as C++, Java/J2EE, Visual Basic, .NET, HTML/XML, PowerBuilder, or Delphi is preferred but not required unless required by the contract.\n· Must have Security+ certification\n· Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or have held an inactive DoD Secret clearance within the past 2 years, and must be able to maintain required clearance eligibility for the position.\nEducation\n· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree, as permitted by contract requirements.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n· Advanced knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Project\n· Ability to work independently\n· Excellent oral and written communication\n· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail\n· Excellent analytical/problem solving skills\n· Strong work ethics\nBenefits:\nComplete benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance 401(k) with match, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick leave.\nAdsync Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
