Are you ready to join us?The Associate Vice President, Sales (AVP) uses a consultative sales approach to identify, pursue, and achieve sales goals targeting employers with between 500 - 1,500 U.S. based employees located within a defined territory that includes the key states of IL, MO, and WI.This Is a Home-based Position Located In The Central U.S. The AVP will leverage HSA Bank's Resources To Sell Health-related Benefit Solutions, Including:Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)Commuter Benefits (Mass Transit & Parking)Lifestyle Spending and Emergency Savings AccountsResponsibilities include managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with employers, national consultant firms, medical carriers, third-party administrators, and other key influencers within each account.What you will doOverall management of territory pipelineAchieve and exceed annual revenue goalsOversee and maintain informational data for all assigned clients/prospects for individual territory book of business within SalesforceAchieve 100% plus of revenue business goals by end of selling season to deliver target revenue for LRP of the new yearManage overall travel & entertainment within territory's allocated budget.Skills and AbilitiesSalesforce or other CRM tool skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsEducation QualificationsH.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredBachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant professional experience preferredExperience Qualifications3-5 years of of sales experience in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting requiredPrevious experience working in a high growth financial industry preferredThe estimated salary range for this position is $75,000USD to $85,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
