Service Engineer","description":"Job Type\nFull-time\nDescription\n\nSUMMARY:\nProvides advanced, and expert-level maintenance and repairs service and training on assigned equipment, while maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nIndependently conduct repairs, upgrades, preventative maintenance, system installations, and supports in-house operations on 5 of the Plasma-Therm Product lines\nCapable of conducting Level 1 and 2 training at a customer’s facility on Versa line ICP Etchers\nIdentifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.\nCapable of He leak testing using either a Helium Leak Detector and/or Residual Gas Analyzer\nIs prepared to assist Junior level FSE’s with issues when requested\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nFamiliar with a variety of the Plasma-Therm practices, and procedures.\nRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently.\nCapable of Multi-Tasking when required\nLeads and directs the work of others.\nAble to complete daily and weekly reports on time\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:\nRequired to be a Mentor for Junior FSE’s with responsibility for evaluating, certifying and training assigned FSE.\nRequirements\nB.S. degree from four-year college in an Engineering discipline or:\n8-10 years of experience on semiconductor and related equipment.\nAt least 5 years of Vacuum , RF, and Electrical experience required\nCapable of understanding Etch and CVD related processes, background in Process Parametric is useful\nMust possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, major credit card (for business travel), and valid passport without
