Stack Technical Lead","description":"Job Description: Partner with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and solution architects to understand, capture, and translate complex business problems into elegant and durable technical solutions.\r\nCommunicate and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.\r\nTechnically lead, mentor, coach, and contribute to an application development team (typically 4-8 members) designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions.\r\nCollaborate with application developers to create and manage prioritized application technical roadmaps.\r\nPartner with product ownership and stakeholders to manage and prioritize an application portfolio backlog of new features, existing application enhancements, and infrastructural interoperability requirements.\r\nProvide technical expertise and leadership across multiple application development teams as needed in addressing significant application challenges and driving them to resolution.\r\nRequirements: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.\r\nFront-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (Angular JS, jQuery, or similar)\r\nBack-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM's (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar)\r\nDemonstrated technical leadership experience in a scrum agile development environment.\r\nExtensive understanding of full stack web application development.\r\nDemonstrated proficiency in analysis and problem-solving.\r\nEffective presentation skills with an ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.\r\nInfluencing and conflict resolution skills in a dynamic team environment.\r\nDesign and query experience with Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL Server.\r\nExperience with agile software development and CI/CD practices.\r\nExperience with remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities.\r\nExtensive knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture and database automation (eg Liquibase, EF
