Medical Assistant – Concierge MedicinePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join a concierge medicine practice. This role is primarily back office focused and works closely with the physician to deliver a seamless, high-touch patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support to the physician and concierge care teamRoom patients, obtain accurate vital signs, and assist with blood draws/specimen collectionCollect, document, and update patient medical information within the EMRPrepare patients for examinations and procedures to ensure a smooth and comfortable experienceSchedule referrals, coordinate follow-up visits, and manage ongoing patient communicationConduct proactive outreach to confirm appointments, relay updates, and support patient satisfactionCollaborate closely with providers and team members to maintain an organized, welcoming, and service-oriented practice environmentSupport accurate and timely documentation within the EMR systemAssist with maintaining efficient clinical workflows and high-quality patient careQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of Medical Assistant back office experience requiredCurrent Medical Assistant certification requiredStrong phlebotomy/blood draw experience preferred, or willingness to learnExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in private practice or concierge medicine (preferred)EMR experience required; eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience (strongly preferred)Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hireScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay$27 - $28 / hour depending on experienceBenefitsWeekly pay, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, sick pay
