They operate with high autonomy, balancing detailed execution with system-level thinking and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.\nSenior Developers are trusted contributors who elevate technical quality, mentor others, and help shape how technology supports creative and strategic intent.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead development of complex features and interfaces across projects.\nArchitect and implement scalable front-end solutions within broader systems.\nBalance performance, accessibility, and maintainability in technical decisions.\nIdentify and address technical risks early in the process.\nPartner closely with design, strategy, production, and back-end teams.\nCommunicate technical rationale and tradeoffs to varied audiences.\nSupport alignment between creative intent and technical execution.\nOwn the quality and integrity of development deliverables within workstreams.\nImprove workflows, tooling, and documentation to support team efficiency.\nReview code and provide constructive feedback to peers.\nSupport the growth of more junior developers through feedback and guidance.\nShare knowledge, patterns, and best practices across teams.\nModel strong collaboration, accountability, and craft excellence.\nPractices Creative Intelligence by staying curious about emerging tools and technologies (including AI) and applying sound judgment about when and how they should inform the work.
