The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall operation of one or more programs to effectively work with individuals supported and engaged high performing teams.\r\nSalary: from $48,000 per year\r\nRoles/Responsibilities:\r\nThe PM is responsible for programmatic and operational management of services that will enable individuals to reach their fullest potential. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams development supervision and championing internal and external partnerships. Below outlines key aspects of the roles and responsibilities this position holds:\r\nProgram Management\r\nChampions an environment in which supported individuals have choices, are treated with respect and dignity and actively engaged in their community\r\nProvides ongoing developmental supervision ensuring employees are meeting programmatic requirements\r\nCreates a supportive environment in which to retain quality employees and providers\r\nEnsures adherence to organization-wide policies and procedures and state and federal regulations, meeting licensing and certification standards\r\nProvides fiscal oversight of the program(s) under the guidance and leadership of the Program Director\r\nCoordinates services to provide medical, psychiatric and social-emotional needs of the supported individuals\r\nProvides programmatic oversight regarding required record keeping and program and vehicle safety\r\nLeadership and Coordination\r\nFosters an environment where the dignity, decisions and rights of the individuals are valued and supported\r\nCoordinates with, and provides support to, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) and subsequent identified goals\r\nFoster a positive work environment while supporting a culture of teamwork, growth, collaboration and communication\r\nAdministrative Responsibilities\r\nOversee administrative tasks to ensure compliance including, but not limited to, completion of employee performance appraisals, maintaining schedules for effective programming, etc.\r\nEnsure that all employees have received the necessary regulatory training and guidance to best support the individuals served\r\nRelationships & Communication:\r\nCreates positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including employees, peers, local and state agencies as well as parents and guardians\r\nEnsures all communication is timely and occurs in a manner that is professional, clear and concise\r\nBuilds trust, mutual respect and cohesion around shared mission\r\nEducation, experience and other requirements:\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience\r\nValid driver's license and safe driving record\r\n18 years of age or older\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills\r\nKnowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements\r\nAbility to provide on-call support\r\nStrong administrative and organizational ability\r\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills\r\nComputer skills necessary\r\nMust have a valid driver's license and have satisfactory background checks\r\nMaybe required to be a signer on financial accounts\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nAbility to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time\r\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times\r\nOur employees enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals and believe in a healthy work/life balance.
