CNA s, HHA, PCA, Caregiver, Direct Support Staff

Job Description We are seeking a Caregiver, PCA, CNA or HHA to join our team working mornings from (6 am until 2 pm ) every other weekend with the possibility of more hours if interested! We are a residential home for the elderly located in Eagan. We are licensed for 6 residents. You will assist in providing care for the elderly helping to get them ready for bed and giving medication. Must have reliable transportation, be able to work independently and pass a background check.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, transfers, mobility)Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant partiesCollaborate with clients and families for best care opportunitiesMaintain a healthy and comfortable living environmentWork independently​Qualifications:Previous experience in personal care or other related fieldsCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionSmall family owned companyCompany DescriptionSmall family owned company
