Job Description Salary:Position Summary:The Hill Group is seeking Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters to join our construction team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will support the installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Installation and LayoutInstall fire sprinkler systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Layout, assemble, and install piping, fittings, and system components.Blueprint InterpretationRead and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications to ensure accurate system installation.Testing and Project SupportAssist with system testing, inspections, and final project completion to ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards.Safety and Job Site ManagementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times while following company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:Active Local 669 membershipExperience in fire sprinkler system installationWorking knowledge of NFPA 13 standardsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skillsValid drivers license with a clean driving record
