The Controller will report to the CFO who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.\r\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\r\nCandidate will report to the CFO and will have a strong working relationship with the VP Operations.\r\nResponsible for leading department of 2 direct reports over a $100M business.\r\nCandidate will have accountability over close process, labor cost, transactional accounting, and reporting function\r\nReview and analyze plant inventory transactions\r\nResponsible for leading month end close process\r\nAnalyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business\r\nProvide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures\r\nParticipate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership.\r\nPOSTION REQUIREMENTS\r\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required.
