You can be our next success story!\nJob Highlights\n1st shift – Full Time – 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM Mon-Thurs.\n2nd shift – Full Time – 3:15 AM – 1:45 PM Mon-Thurs.\nFriday OT to be determined by business needs.\nShift length may vary on occasion based on production needs.\nWhat You'll Get To Do\nThe Assembler plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on position involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and inspecting finished units for quality. Assemblers work on flow line and bench production stations, contributing to a collaborative team environment where safety, precision, and quality are paramount.\nSet up production stations according to job specifications.\nOperate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.\nClean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.\nUse tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.\nFabricate and hang sashes.\nPerform quality checks on assembled products.\nLoad and prepare items for shipping and production.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow company quality standards and standard operating procedures.\nLead and support team efforts as needed.\nParticipate in OSHA safety training and follow all PPE & JSA guidelines.\nSuccessful employees in this role must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility at a satisfactory level. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
