We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.\n\nOur Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.\n\nJob Summary\n\nBuild, assemble, and modify mechanical fixtures, jigs, tooling, test setups, and Engineering prototypes.\n\nPerform machining and fabrication tasks using CNC and machine shop equipment.\n\nCollect simple build or measurement data for Engineering use using basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.\nCreate new CNC programs and optimize current programs.\n\nTrain CNC production operators to set up and run new and existing programs.\n\nFollow established prototype build timelines and communicate changes, delays, or risks to the NPI team.\nResponsible for protecting and maintaining all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, or use of this information, documentation, or products; including authorized and proper use of such information in regard to marking, storing, transmitting, and destruction of data.\n\nSupport all visitors and security policies to protect ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI information, documents, products, etc. from unauthorized access by informing management immediately of any concerns.\n\nResponsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in employee’s work area.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nRegular and acceptable attendance is an essential function of this job.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nProficient in use of machine shop equipment (drill press, saws, hand tools, CNC Mills, CNC lathes, grinders, etc.).\n\nAbility to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.\n\nProficient in programming using Mastercam, SolidWorks, CAM Works, or equivalent.\n\nExperience in programming CNC mills and lathes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nRequired Experience and Education\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nRelevant technical certificate or degree preferred.\n\n5+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly, testing, and/or soldering.\n\nLicenses, Certifications, etc.\n\nRelevant technical certificate or degree preferred.\n\nBase Compensation: USD 33.00 - 38.00 Paid Hourly\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled\n\n23301 S.
