Senior SWE, Growth Team: This role will focus on experimentation, iteration and driving measurable impact – owning signup and activation through to retention. It will be involved with A/B testing and driving the adoption of their paid users.Position 2. Senior SWE, Commerce Team: This role will help shape the future of payments, checkout, subscriptions, and monetization for their platform, working at the intersection of product reliability, financial compliance, and user experience. They'll need people with strong experience in Stripe integrations/payments platforms.Position 3. Senior SWE, Communities Team: This role will design and build community-focused features within their creator platform to deliver intuitive, scalable social products.For all 3 roles, we're looking for candidates with strong Ruby on Rails experience, React, and TypeScript. The Commerce role will need Stripe in addition.
