This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasFollow established infection control and safety proceduresRemove trash and transport soiled linens according to facility guidelinesReplenish supplies as neededRespond promptly to housekeeping requestsWork collaboratively with nursing and other departmentsMaintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all timesQualifications Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferredAbility to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesStrong attention to detailDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate attitude toward elderly residentsWhy Join Us?
