In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate visibility over technical baselines and ensuring the Program Office is well-equipped to manage complex systems.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:\nManage requirements traceability matrices using industry-standard tools to ensure seamless data exchange between stakeholders\nAssist in the development and maintenance of system models and diagrams to support senior engineering teams\nCapture technical action items, risks, and configuration changes at Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)\nSupport trade studies and metric tracking to inform program decision-making with data analysis\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n1-3 years of professional experience in the defense industry (internships or co-op experiences also considered)\nProficiency with engineering modeling or requirements management software\nWillingness to learn and adapt DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes\nExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both uniformed leadership and civilian engineering teams\nMust have an active US SECRET security clearance with eligibility to TS/SCI\n\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related technical discipline\n\nCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:\nMust be a US Citizen.\nMust be determined suitable for federal employment.\nMust participate in the direct deposit pay program.\nYou will be required to obtain a final US SECRET security clearance with eligibility to TS/SCI prior to beginning work. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.\nSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) may be required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.\nThis position requires travel (10-15%).\n\nWORK HOURS\nWork hours are generally M-F 0730-1600.
