This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, coordinating field activities, and taking ownership of project execution from the ground level. This individual will coordinate daily field activities, direct crews, communicate with utility representatives, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman will work closely with utility construction representatives to coordinate outages and clearances and will partner with our Operations Manager, who provides support regarding project schedules, expectations, and execution goals.
