Key Responsibilities:Assist lead installers with HVAC system installationsHelp carry, set, and install equipment and materialsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteCommunicate with your team to complete jobs efficientlyLearn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over timeRespond to emergency situations with safety as the top priorityKeep tools clean, organized, and ready for useAssist with documentation like work orders and job details What We're Looking For You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow. You're coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades. You're a people person with technical curiosity: You enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, but you're also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way. You're ready to work:Valid driver's licenseAble to lift heavy equipmentComfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditionsWilling to do physical, hands-on work every day You take pride in professionalism: You show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused.
