This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and service-driven, with a passion for wellness and hospitality. From greeting guests to maintaining inviting, orderly spaces, you’ll ensure every visit to Ranch Creek Spa is seamless and memorable.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWarmly welcome guests, provide orientation to spa facilities, and guide them through their visit.\nSchedule spa appointments via phone, email, and in person with accuracy and efficiency.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment including locker rooms, lounge areas, and boutique displays.\nAssist guests with food and beverage orders from the spa menu and serve refreshments throughout their experience.\nOffer recommendations and assistance in the spa boutique; restock products and support inventory management.\nMaintain strong knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, and seasonal offerings (training provided).\nComplete daily opening and closing duties, securing all supplies and ensuring readiness for the next day.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with spa therapists, team members, and other departments to support smooth operations.\nRequirements:\nOutstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.\nAbility to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create a positive experience.\nStrong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in English, both written and verbal.\nWillingness to learn spa-specific systems and product knowledge.\nMust be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds or more.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct.\nPrevious hospitality or spa experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.\nCompensation Description:\n$18.00 - $21.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education, experience and treatment abilities.\nBenefits and Perks:\n152 hours of Paid Time Off if FT, Year-Round employment status.\nAffordable housing options are available for employees working a minimum of 35 hours per week, based on availability.\nHealth, Dental, Life & Vision Insurances, plus 401k Employer Match of up to $4,000 annually—if FT, Year-Round employment status.\nWellness Program opportunities including meditation, complimentary daily Yoga, trail running, and mountain-biking workshops.\nOpportunities for continued education through tuition reimbursement and professional development programs.\n25% discounts at all Devil's Thumb Ranch restaurants, activities including Trail Rides, and Spa Treatments.\nDiscounted Winter Park Ski Resort season pass (available annually in season) or 1/2 price Grand Park Rec Center Pass.\nReferral bonus of $250 if we hire someone you refer.\nDue to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule.
