Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time | Part-timeMaintenance Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience (Property maintenance experience preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus, but not required Maintenance Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively Assist with groundskeeping as needed Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc. Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director Benefits:Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Apply today and join a team that values quality, safety, and service!
