You’ll manage vendors, maintain service quality, build client relationships—and most importantly, identify and close revenue-generating enhancement opportunities during site visits.What You’ll DoOversee landscape vendors and ensure high-quality service across multiple sitesConduct property inspections and resolve performance issuesBuild strong client relationships through regular communication and site visitsIdentify and sell enhancements (cleanups, mulch, repairs, seasonal services, etc.)Manage proposals, track pipeline, and close above-scope workOversee project execution from approval to completionReport on operations, sales activity, and vendor performanceWhat You Bring5+ years in landscaping, facilities, or field operationsProven success in sales, upselling, or revenue generationStrong vendor and client management skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple sitesTech-savvy with mobile apps and CRM toolsMust live in or near Houston, TX and be able to travel locallyCompensation & Benefits$75K–$85K base salary + 5% commission on generated workCompany vehicle, credit card, and laptopPaid vacation and holidaysHealth insurance (after 60 days)401(k) with company matchWhy This Role?This is a high-impact position offering autonomy, growth, and strong earning potential—ideal for someone who thrives in the field and knows how to turn opportunities into revenue.
