Your job is to ensure the accuracy and seamless organization of information across various platforms and spreadsheets. You will help maintain the flow of critical data that drives our business forward.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain Product Listings and Inventory Data: Keep product listings up-to-date and accurate in our internal systems and external platforms.\nUpdate Pricing and Inventory: Manage and automate data entry for pricing updates and stock levels.\nFulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Support: Track shipments, update listings, and manage reconciliation sheets to ensure all FBA data is correct and current.\nProcess Purchase Orders: Assist with data entry related to PO creation, processing, and tracking in our ERP.\nSupport Vendor Returns and RMAs: Maintain records for vendor returns, rejected products, and credits.\nGenerate Reports: Prepare and update regular reports for inventory levels, sales, and product performance.\nAssist with Invoicing: Enter and reconcile sales data to support billing and invoicing processes.\nData Accuracy: Regularly review and clean up spreadsheets to ensure all data is up-to-date and consistent.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDetail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in keeping everything accurate and organized.\nEfficient Worker: You know how to manage your time well and keep up with a steady flow of data without missing a beat.\nTech-Savvy: You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry tools, and inventory management software.\nProblem Solver: When something doesn’t look right, you dig into the data to find out why and fix it.\nTeam Player: You communicate well with others and can coordinate with team members to ensure data flows smoothly.\nExperience & Skills:\nExperience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a plus.\nStrong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.\nBasic understanding of inventory management systems (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred.\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.\nWhat We Offer:\nFull-time position: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.\nCompetitive salary and benefits, including paid vacation and holidays.\nA collaborative work environment where your contributions matter.\nIf you’re ready to bring your attention to detail, love for data, and efficiency to a team that values your work, we’d love to hear from you.
