Your primary responsibility will be to operate and program CNC machines, utilizing Mastercam software to create complex parts from various materials.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.\n- Programming: Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software to meet specifications and ensure accuracy.\n- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machining requirements.\n- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished parts using various tools and gauges to ensure adherence to quality standards.\n- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, tools, and programs to maintain smooth production processes.\n- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.\nQualifications:\n- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in using Mastercam software.\n- Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, with a deep understanding of Mastercam for creating and editing toolpaths.
