You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and teaching dynamic Space Cyber Fundamentals instructional material with a focus on critical thinking and active learning techniques. The most qualified applicants will possess recent experience in cyberspace support/operations for the US Space Force, excel in learner-centric environments, and have a Certified Space Professional 2 (or equivalent) credential.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nInstruct cyberspace professionals on Space Fundamentals & Systems\nInstruct cyberspace professionals on Space Threats\nInstruct cyberspace professionals on SOSI & DA-ASAT\nInstruct cyberspace professionals on Electronic Warfare concepts and capabilities\nInstruct cyberspace professionals on Cyber and Electronic Warfare Convergence\nPrepare students and classrooms for learning\nCounsel, guide, lead, and mentor students as assigned\nFoster an active learning environment – leading guided discussions and appraising student assignments\nEvaluate student’s mastery of desired learning objectives\nAssemble student performance data for analysis and submit course completion reports\nDevelop and/or revise curriculum with a team\nQualifications and Education Requirements\n\nApplicants must possess a TS/SCI personal security clearance upon hire and maintain that clearance as a condition of employment\nMinimum of 10 years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years working experience in cyberspace operations fields 5CX, 3D0X2, 17X or service equivalent. Unit Level Cyberspace and Space Operations experience preferred.\nCertified Space Professional (CSP1) or equivalent\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nSpace Professional Certification (CSP2)\nCombined / Joint experience\n2+ years’ experience working in a Space Operations cyber function\nExperience in multi-MDS environments (Flag exercises, WSINT, operational experience, etc)\nDeployment experience with Space Control capabilities.\nIn-depth knowledge of adversary Space systems and tactics.\n3 years of teaching experience to include, but not limited to a Space Force or Air Force T or K prefix, another service equivalent, or teaching certification from a civilian institution\n3 years of experience in curriculum/lesson development and instruction\n- This is an on-site position.\n\n- Preference will be given to candidates with Unit Cyber and Space Cyber Operations experience\n\n- You will work with a team of high energy and passionate cyber and training professionals dedicated to “Building Space Force Guardian Professionals.”\n\n- Position estimated start date 1 November 2026, dependent on contract modification approval\n\n- The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
