Job Overview As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. You will assist clients in their daily activities, ensuring their needs are met while promoting independence and dignity. Experience with Medical / Seizures is a plus. 2 Shifts Available - 5 Days / Week 2pm-9pm 9pm-4am Responsibilities The Direct Support Professional will provide person-centered care and daily living support to an active male individual. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care needs, encouraging independence, and promoting community involvement. The DSP will engage in recreational, social, and fitness activities suited to the individual’s active lifestyle, ensuring safety while fostering personal growth and inclusion. Additional duties include supporting skill development, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the care team to uphold individualized support plans. This role requires patience, adaptability, and the ability to support an energetic, on-the-go individual in achieving their personal goals and enjoying a high quality of life.
