Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.\nAsset Management: Ensure proper accounting for fixed assets, including depreciation schedules, capital expenditures, and disposals.\nInternal Controls and Compliance\nEstablish Internal Controls: Design and enforce internal control policies and procedures to protect company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.\nRegulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure the organization adheres to federal, state, and local regulations.\nAudits and Financial Analysis\nCoordinate Audits: Manage relationships with external auditors and facilitate the annual audit process. Prepare supporting documentation and respond to audit inquiries promptly.\nFinancial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including profitability analysis, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
