This position supports everything from signal flow and front-of-house to RF coordination, playback systems, intercom, etc.\nThis is an ideal role for someone looking to continue growing within the live event production industry while working alongside elite-level production professionals.\nYou Will Own Front-of-house (Line arrays, tuning, mixing, etc.) and Support System Operations (RF, intercom, networking, etc.)\nSignal Flow and Equipment Planning\nOnsite Technical Troubleshooting\nAudio Equipment Maintenance & Organization\nCrew Support & Event Support\nMust Haves (Non-Negotiables): 2–4+ years of experience in live event audio production or a similar role\nExperience deploying and operating professional audio systems in live event environments\nStrong understanding of professional audio systems and design, signal flow, RF, and networking\nStrong experience with intercom systems, such as Clear-Com, Riedel, RTS, etc.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nClear and professional communication across teams and stakeholders\nAbility to travel nationally up to 50% of the time\nFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required\nNice to Haves (Bonus Points): Experience leading or assisting onsite audio crews\nExperience with A/V networking and protocols\nCertifications or formal training related to professional audio systems, especially L-Acoustics, Shure, and NETGEAR AV.\nYou Will Thrive Here If You Are Detail-Oriented : You take pride in clean execution and technical accuracy\nCalm Under Pressure : You stay composed and solution-focused during live events\nReliable : Your team knows they can count on you onsite and in preparation\nTeam-Oriented : You enjoy collaborating with crews, producers, and technicians\nTechnically Curious : You enjoy learning evolving audio technologies and systems\nProactive : You anticipate problems before they become issues\nThis Role is NOT for You If You dislike working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments\nYou struggle with organization, preparation, or follow-through\nYou are uncomfortable troubleshooting technical issues in real time\nYou prefer highly repetitive work with minimal variation\nYou are unable or unwilling to travel regularly for events\nWhat Does Success Look Like Within The First 6 Months?
