{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2b3d243c323d17e5a98bcf21","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2b3d243c323d17e5a98bcf21","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2b3d243c323d17e5a98bcf21","title":"Systems Engineer III","description":"Quantech Services is seeking a full-time Software Engineer III located at Lackland AFB-San Antonio, TX supporting the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC)\nResponsibilities Include:\nDetermine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.\nDocument and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.\nPrepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.\nImprove operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.\nObtain and license software by obtaining required information from vendors, recommending purchases, testing, and approving products.\nProvide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.\nAccomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.\nDevelop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development life cycle.\nPlan and/or implement agile acquisition/software development techniques.\nPlan and/or implement DevOps processes and techniques for Cloud and non-cloud applications.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nActive Top Secret/SCI clearance required\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience\n10+ years of experience creating, debugging, patching, and maintaining software and/or applications\nKnowledgeable in multiple programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, and C languages\nAbility to integrate with other organizations/teams\nAbility to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer\nExperience working and incorporating Agile Scrum development methodology\nWork is onsite\nWe hire Military!\nSalary information below is a general guide only.
