Join us and be a part of a team that shapes the infrastructure in and around one of America's most vibrant cities.\r\nJob Summary\r\nThe Forms Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of formwork operations on heavy civil projects, including the layout, construction, placement, stripping, and maintenance of concrete form systems. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of formwork systems and concrete structures who can supervise crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.Key Responsibilities\r\nSupervise daily activities of formwork crew, including laborers, operators, and apprentices.\r\nInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork layout and methods.\r\nCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trade foremen to sequence work and manage scheduling.\r\nOversee installation and removal of form systems for all civil roadways and airports projects.\r\nOversee placement of dowel baskets, rebars, wire mesh, expansion materials, concrete drilling and epoxy injection as needed per plans\r\nEnsure proper bracing, alignment, and safety compliance of all formwork systems.\r\nMaintain accurate records of crew time, material usage, and production tracking.\r\nConduct daily safety briefings and enforce all company and regulatory safety standards.\r\nAssist with material takeoffs and ordering of formwork supplies and equipment.\r\nMentor crew members and participate in hands-on work as needed.\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of experience in concrete formwork within heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.\r\nStrong understanding of formwork systems (e.g., Symons, EFCO, Peri, custom-built) and concrete construction practices.\r\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\r\nProficient in layout and use of levels, lasers, and other site surveying tools.\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to changing site conditions.\r\nClarkson Construction Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
