This role will drive operational improvements across a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment. This highly visible role will focus on process optimization, labor efficiency, warehouse layout design, Lean initiatives, and cost savings across multiple facilities.\n\nIdeal candidates will have experience implementing measurable operational improvements within distribution, warehousing, or production environments and be comfortable working directly with operations leadership and executive teams.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nLead process improvement and Lean initiatives across distribution operations\n\nAnalyze workflows, labor standards, KPIs, layouts, and material flow\n\nDevelop warehouse layouts and operational solutions using CAD and engineering tools\n\nConduct time studies and support labor planning initiatives\n\nDrive measurable cost savings, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies\n\nPartner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and customers on improvement projects\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field\n\n2–4+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing\n\nExperience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nStrong knowledge of WMS systems, data analysis, labor standards, and process optimization\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with leadership teams\n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred\n\nThis role offers exposure to large-scale operational initiatives, multi-site projects, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on distribution performance and customer operations.
