They will also conduct healthcare screenings and assessments. While also entering information into an Electronic Health Record on all client services in a timely manner.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\nLicense to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Louisiana\nBe over 18 years of age\nPosses a valid driver's license\nCurrent CPR certification\nPrior experience preferred\n\nCore Competencies\n\nParticipates in a multidisciplinary team by providing primary and/or behavioral health care to clients according to the scope of licensure.\nAdministers and monitors medications according to prescriber's orders.
