This is a critical leadership role that requires exceptional management abilities, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop business through sales activities on major accounts and creating a network in the region.\nLead the office in an efficient and profitable manner that is consistent with the overall strategic plan for the company, region, and clientele.\nOversee all sales, operations, revenue, financial, and management aspects of the San Francisco office including preparing, implementing and adhering to the approved budget and managing to financials and forecasts (including full P&L responsibility).\nImplement strategic plans to drive Stuart Dean’s overall growth and success; identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to optimize performance.\nDevelop strong working relationships with staff and clients and to effectively lead a team of sales, operations, technicians, and office staff in the day-today activities and services of the Office.\nSupervise multiple individuals in Sales, Operations, and Office related roles.
