You’ll monitor equipment, adjust settings, and work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure every fry meets our high standards. When you choose a career with us, every day is fry-day!\nJob Description\nOperate and adjust processing equipment to maintain smooth line flow and product quality\nMonitor waste levels, blend rates, and product consistency using process control systems\nStart, stop, and sequence equipment for cut changes, downtime, and emergencies\nPerform water system operations to maintain quality and minimize usage\nCommunicate with QA, maintenance, and leadership to ensure optimal performance\nConduct quality checks (peel loss, salinity, grid checks) and enter data into QA systems\nMaintain sanitary conditions and support weekend cleanups and sanitation duties\nOwn equipment from even-flow bins through fryers and freeze tunnels\nFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE\nParticipate in safety programs and demonstrate leadership in plant safety culture\nBasic & Preferred Qualifications\n✔️ High school diploma or GED preferred\n✔️ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules\n✔️ Comfortable using computers, touchscreens (HMI), and 2-way radios\n✔️ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)\n✔️ Willingness to complete required training (Sanitation, Lock-out/Tag-out)\n✔️ Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)\n✔️ Understanding of safe lifting techniques and chemical handling\nPreferred: Experience in food processing or manufacturing\nPreferred: Familiarity with optical sorters, LADRES, or similar equipment\nPreferred: A proactive mindset and attention to detail\nIndustry-Competitive Benefits\nCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
