Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.\nWage/Salary Range: $110k - $140k\n\nApplicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nResponsible for gathering, documenting, and understanding business processes across the portfolio.\nResponsible for conducting standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.\nResponsible for providing Product Owner(s) and product team members with analysis, surveys, and data gathering.\nResponsible for the creation of images, photos, video, and artwork based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.\nAbility to determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.\nUse computer software / design tools to generate new images and maintain archive of images, photos, videos, or previous work products.\nEffectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, SMEs, and client team members.\nEngage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.\nResponsible to attend and participate in daily team meetings, execute assigned workload, and work within project management tools and design tools\nRequired (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications\nEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years’ experience is required.\nLevel of Experience Requirements:\nFive (5) years of Business Analyst experience or IT Architecture experience\nFive (5) years of Business Process design experience\nMust have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance, requires U.S. citizenship.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics\nDemonstrated competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher and SharePoint.\nDemonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Acrobat Pro and Photoshop Graphic.\nCompetence in creating presentations and illustrating documents.\nHighly organized, attention to detail, results oriented.\nExceptional, verbal, written and presentation skills.\nStrong editing skills.\nTeam player with abilities and desire to interact with people at all levels.\nAbility to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals.\nPreferred\nN/A\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis position will not have supervisory responsibilities.\n\nDOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements\nThis position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.\n\nNecessary Physical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
