Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this position applies engineering principles to solve technical problems while developing proficiency within their assigned discipline.\n\nEngineers may support one or more engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, aerospace, software, systems, manufacturing, or related technical fields.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssist in the design, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.\nPrepare engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and documentation.\nSupport prototype development, integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.\nParticipate in design reviews and technical meetings.\nCollect, analyze, and document technical data.\nSupport verification and validation activities.\nEnsure work complies with customer requirements, engineering standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nMaintain configuration control and documentation throughout project execution.\nContinuously develop technical knowledge within assigned engineering discipline.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSuccessful candidates typically demonstrate:\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nA commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.\nIntegrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nA passion for supporting critical customer missions.\nBasic understanding of engineering principles.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office.\nExposure to engineering software applicable to assigned discipline.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication.\nAbility to work both independently and within a team.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications include:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or closely related STEM field.\nU.S. citizenship for positions supporting government customers.\nAbility to obtain or maintain a U.S. security clearance, when required.\nExperience with government contracting, aerospace, defense, or advanced technology programs is a plus.\n\nLocation: Oklahoma City, OK (in-person required).\nJob Type: Full-Time (with 90-day probationary period).\nCompensation: Commensurate with experience.\n\nWhy Ready 3?\nAt Ready 3, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals on meaningful projects that support national security and technological innovation.
