**Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand.**Education/Training Requirements-Must be BC/BE in EM, FP or IM. Must be BC within 5 years of Residency.Clinical Experience Requirements-Recent grads acceptedLicense Requirements-Active unrestricted NC medical license and DEA w/ NC address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5Board Certification Requirements-Will accept AAPS/ABPS BoardsMerit Badge Requirements-ACLS, PALS & ATLS required if NOT ABEM boarded.
