This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, strong communication, and adherence to quality and safety standards.Position SummaryThe Restaurant Server provides tableside service to guests while supporting the Restaurant Manager and collaborating closely with kitchen staff. This position helps maintain a positive, efficient work environment while ensuring high-quality service standards.This role requires early morning availability, including preparing the restaurant for opening at 6:00 AM, working 5 shifts per week, including weekends.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide fast, friendly, and attentive customer service to all guestsCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersMaintain flexibility and adapt to changing needs throughout shiftsSupport and uphold company policies, procedures, and missionService & OperationsAccurately take orders and process payments using the POS systemHandle cash and payments in accordance with company proceduresUnderstand menu items, preparation methods, and plate presentationsPrepare backup products using appropriate equipmentOperate all equipment according to manufacturer guidelinesFood Safety & ComplianceFollow all company and local health and safety regulationsPractice proper handwashing and glove usageMaintain proper food temperatures and storage standardsLabel and date all prepared and opened food itemsMonitor product quality and discard outdated itemsRecord food temperatures at least once per shift and take corrective action when neededDaily & Closing DutiesEnsure all activities conform to company policies and proceduresAccurately complete all POS transactions and timekeeping requirementsFinalize shift paperwork and complete food adjustmentsPerform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removalMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAttend store meetings as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned by managementPhysical RequirementsRequires prolonged periods of physical activity, including walking and carrying plates and traysAbility to manually move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 poundsOccasional stooping, bending, reaching, and use of step stoolsAbility to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environmentOccasional travel may be requiredCompany BenefitsTrexcon is committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our employees.
