Employment opportunity in a leading and collaborative role supporting the areas of Front Desk, Bar, Housekeeping & Maintenance, and the overall operation of the hotel. -Minimum associate degree or BS completed. Hospitality studies and previous experience are required. -Responsible -Engaged -Customer Service oriented -Experience in supervision -Immediate and complete availability including weekends, holidays and night shifts. -Good attitude and ability to work in a team. -Bilingual (verbal and written) Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the guest experience at our hotel. You will utilize your core skills in hospitality, front desk operations, and phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries and ensure their needs are met. Your premium skills in hospitality management and communication will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, your relevant experience in guest relations and hotel operations will support our mission of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with hotel management to maintain smooth operations and uphold hospitality standards. Utilize phone and computer systems to handle reservations and provide information to guests. Assist in training and mentoring staff on best practices in guest services and hospitality. Support night audit processes as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting and guest account management. Reservation and sales management, guest orientation and service, bar experience, housekeeping, room inspection and maintenance, hotel operation management, supervision, inventory management, among several other tasks.
