Title: Production Laborer
Shift: 8 hour shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are a premier manufacturer of custom heavy-duty steel belt conveyors based in Northeast Ohio. Our team serves various industries, including primary steel, metal stamping, and forging, and we currently have an open position to support our production growth. Production Laborer Role:
The Production Laborer performs general labor tasks and operates production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role exists to support the fabrication of heavy-duty industrial equipment through efficient material handling, assembly, and machine operation.
Production Laborer Responsibilities:
Move material around the plant with a forklift and crane to ensure production runs smoothly
Perform assembly operations
Operate machines such as press brakes, shears, saws, cut-off machines, and stamping presses
Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production
Conduct necessary cleaning as required
Use basic hand tools and measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Production Laborer Reporting Relationships:
The Production Laborer reports directly to the Operations Manager. This position does not have any direct reports.
About You:
Hold an education equivalent to graduation from an accredited high school or GED
Possess a valid driver’s license
Maintain a good work ethic and attendance record
Stand on your feet for 8 hours a day and handle physical, repetitive work
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining high safety awareness
Have 0-1 year of prior related manufacturing experience or training
